TWA BAR CART

For my senior capstone, I created a line of barware for the TWA Hotel. To create a successful product expansion, I conducted consumer and industry research to gain insight into the TWA Hotel customer's wants and how I could successfully use the barware industry to meet those desires. I created a line of 6 glasses, 6 bar tools, a toolset, a bar cart, a cocktail-making class for the hotel, and marketing initiatives to promote the launch. I created an in-depth product assortment and financial analysis of the product expansion, which resulted in a 2 million dollar profit for the hotel.
